authjs.session-token — only set when an engineer or office user signs in to the private CRM area. Not set for public site visitors. Lifetime: session.

ivu-cookie-consent — remembers whether you accepted optional cookies, so we stop asking. Lifetime: 6 months.

We do not currently run any analytics on this site. No page-view tracking, no visitor statistics, nothing.

If we add analytics in future it will be switched off until you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice, and you can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

We do not embed advertising networks, social-media tracking pixels, or session-replay tools. Nothing on this site follows you around the internet.

The one exception is our quote form, which is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to stop automated spam. Google may set cookies and collect device and usage data to tell real people from bots. This runs only in connection with the form and is covered by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We treat it as essential because without it the form is unusable through spam.

You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings. The site will continue to work, you’ll just see the emergency banner again until you dismiss it.
